Job Summary
The Community and Client Services Manager works with the sales team and clients to ensure that contracts are executed and client relationships are managed to the benefit of the organization. This position also coordinates community events, appearances of staff and players, assists with marketing events, and assists with the execution of promotions at games.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
One year of experience working with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and database programs.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for organizational business.
Ability to solve problems quickly and give attention to details.
