Manager, Event Operations & Activation

Job Summary

The Manager, Event Operations & Activation, will work closely with all vendors for all stadium events and be an on-site staff member for events. The role will have a presence at Loudoun United FC games and other special events at Segra Field. This position is based in Leesburg, VA.

Qualifications;

Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required.

Experience in event and operations in a stadium or facility setting preferred.

Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both orally and written with staff, guests, and clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
