Job Summary

The Game Day Supervisor is responsible for leading a specific area of operation on game/event day with the Tennessee Titans. Supervise a team of productive, and customer friendly store/kiosk associates. Ensure retail team executes quality and friendly transactions. Ensure store to store transfers are managed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

High school/college degree/experience preferred.

Previous supervisor/management experience preferred.

Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.

Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

Able to work well with a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members when necessary.
