Job Summary

The Director of Arena Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations. Through subordinates, she manages engineering, maintenance, building and event security, housekeeping, event staffing, event management, and parking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.

Experience working with labor unions preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and provide solutions to problems.
