Head Athletic Trainer/Director of Sports Medicine

Job Summary

The head athletic trainer directs all athletic training and sports medicine services for the university's athletic department. Student-athletes may be given training to assess their physical condition, give advice, and assist with treatments. coordinates all sports medicine-related correspondence between team physicians, health services, and student athletes.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in related field and 5 years of experience as an athletic trainer in intercollegiate athletics.

National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA) Certified.

Registered as an ATC with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
