Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics

Job Summary

The Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics will be responsible for the overall supervision and administration of the university's 12 NCAA Division II varsity sport programs. The department's oversight includes ensuring that all programs, coaches, staff, and student athletes are in compliance with the policies, rules, and regulations of the college university and the NCAA.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution of higher education. Master's or other advanced degree preferred.

ive or more years of providing staff leadership experience meeting defined goals; ability to effectively motivate staff while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards.

Demonstrated experience in a comprehensive fundraising campaign.

Demonstrated ability to work with university administrators, faculty, staff, and major donors.

Significant experience in strategic and financial planning including developing and implementing a business plan.
