Job Summary

The Audit and Compliance Manager is responsible for reviewing and enforcing compliance with Soccer policies. Conducting organizational compliance reviews is one of the responsibilities. Monitor and enforce disqualifications, suspensions, and related actions. Create, review, and utilize reports and resources to understand trends and areas requiring further review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, or equivalent previous work experience.

Exceptional diligence, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Highly refined abilities in time management, prioritization and administration.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently, and produce high-quality output within specific time constraints.

Ability to use discretion and handle sensitive information confidentially.
