Job Summary

Beverage Manager: responsible for drink menu development and pricing. Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily regarding changes to restaurant bar menus. Develop and institute beverage training for the F&B team. Conduct monthly inventories to ensure that all alcoholic beverages are accounted for. The beverage manager is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department.

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management.

Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

College Degree preferred.

Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred.

Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standard.
