Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader who interacts directly with the rest of the team and guests. Responsibilities include service delivery, safety management, sales tracking, inventory management, and cash handling supervision. At Illuminarium, we strive to democratize experiences, and thus, our team members need to be alert and observant.

Qualifications:

Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, guests, and management.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations.

All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher preferred.

Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail based location required; experience in an attraction, museum or visitor center strongly preferred.
