Stewarding Supervisor| EnMarket Arena
Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas is clean and in good working order. Lead and supervise the Night Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed. Assist colleagues, steward management, and the culinary team to work to their greatest ability.
1 year of stewarding at a fast pace hotel, resort, or club establishment.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements.
Previous kitchen supervisory experience in a fast-paced catering or dining facility required.
