Basic Qualifications:

1. The ability to work with the public and have interpersonal and communications skills is essential.
2. Experience in a collaborative team environment.
3. Experience in a customer service-based industry is essential.
4. Experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field is essential.
5. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
