Executive Administrative Assistant

 

This position performs executive-level administrative work, including frequent high-level clerical work such as organizing, scheduling, researching, compiling, and exchanging (and sometimes analyzing) information for the supervisor. assists the supervisor in implementing department activities and communications, internal and external.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field required. An equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted.

Minimum ten years secretarial or other administrative support experience for senior level management required.

Strong computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets & presentation graphics.
