Job Summary

The Academy Director will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum for the U8–UU10 Youth Academy teams. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and paid time off. The role consists of weekend, night, and holiday work as demanded by the Academy team schedules.

Qualifications:

USSF B license required.

Minimum of 7 years of Youth Coaching Experience.

Possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of youth soccer.

Demonstrated ability to teach techniques, tactics, physical and psychological components of the game.

USSF National A coaching license, with the agreement that his/her “A” coaching license will be obtained within 2 years of being hired.
