Job Summary

The Memory Maker Supervisor position will have oversight of the Memory Maker staff on game and event days. Positive energy and enthusiasm are expected and required. Guest Experience department strives to provide guests with a consistent level of service that both exceeds their expectations and enhances their experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

MUST have an upbeat, energetic personality, feel comfortable interacting with guests and have a positive, team-oriented, professional attitude.

1+ year of supervisory experience required.

1+ year of customer service experience.

Excellent customer service skills with solid working knowledge of generally accepted standards of customer service and problem resolution.
