Job Summary

 

 

This position serves as the point of expertise and strategy for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. designs and implements technology solutions to transform our relationship management and customer interaction capabilities. develops and maintains a network of industry contacts and manages staffing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related field.

8 years of experience in building and maintaining CRM systems and data management processes.

4 years supervisory experience.

Advanced knowledge of leadership concepts and techniques, especially change management.

Demonstrated operational experience with sports ticketing and CRM platforms such as Ticketmaster and Microsoft Dynamics.
