Job Summary
We are seeking a Director, Strategy & Analytics. This position will support the strategies of the Ticketing, Marketing, Operations, Fan Experience, and Corporate Partnerships departments. The Business Strategy and Analytics department develops cross functional strategy for the club's business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sports and entertainment industry in a role focused on business strategy or analytics.
Experience with CRM platforms, specifically MS Dynamics and KORE.
Experience with a BI/Visual Analytics Tools (Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Microsoft BI).
Experience with overseeing and maintaining database systems and data architecture is desirable.
