Job Summary

The Director of Road is responsible for planning and managing all road programs, including Junior, U23, and Elite teams and activities. Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of training and racing for top development athletes. Coordinates athlete selection and coaching at Olympic Games, World Championships, Pan American Games, and Pan American Continental Championships.

Qualifications:

Experience with budget management.

College graduate preferred.

Licensed UCI and USA Cycling Support Staff.

Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.

Five + years of experience in cycling coaching at the international level. International racing background is helpful.
