Event Manager

Job Summary

The Event Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of the arena events. This position will lead all front and back of house activities. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong aptitude for project management, leadership, effective communication and possess a true passion for delivering unparalleled guest service.

Qualifications:

• Operations experience with large-scale events in a stadium, concert, or multi-use facility setting of a similar size (18,000 seats) is highly desirable
• Advanced knowledge of event logistics, production, budgeting, planning, and implementation
• Experience working and servicing various stakeholders including emergency personnel, labor unions, high profile artists and guests
• Working knowledge of generally accepted safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize needs efficiently
