Job Summary

The University of Michigan-Dearborn is seeking a highly motivated and driven assistant. The Assistant Director for Student-Athlete Services will provide individual instruction and small group seminars to student-athletes. This role also plays a major role in supporting and enriching the student-athlete experience and retention.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree which has provided the requisite knowledge and skills to fulfill the requirements of this position; Master's degree preferred.

Strong Communication skills with demonstrated record of being a leader and spokesperson both internally and externally.

Proven ability to build rapport with multiple constituencies: undergraduate students, faculty.

University administration, alumni, parents, and department team members Excellent interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated desire for self-development and growth in professional and personal areas required.
