Assistant Coach - Director of Player Development - Football

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach will supervises and manages personnel, interviews applicants and makes hiring recommendations, trains and orients new employees, and monitors and evaluates job performance. Assumes responsibility for the oversight of the administrative operations of the football program.

Qualifications:

CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.

Annual NCAA Certification to recruit student athletes to occur after hire. valid driver's license.

At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management or related field;

At least one year of football experience working in college coaching and/or operations.

Experience and knowledge of working with Youngstown area businesses, non-profits and charities.
