Job Summary

The Director of Football Recruiting oversees all efforts to present the University Football Program in the best possible manner. This includes identifying prospective student-athletes, implementing strategies to recruit them, and coordinating visits to campus.

This position reports to the director of football operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Working experience in a collegiate, Division I FBS football program.
Proficient knowledge of XOS or other related digital coaching software, Hudl, and Twitter.
Experience may include work as a collegiate graduate assistant, full-time position coach, and/or NFL scouting experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of experience with a collegiate or professional football program.
