Job Summary

The Director of Facilities and Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of three university facilities. The person will be in charge of scheduling, janitorial, maintenance, work orders, facility projects, health and safety, security, grounds, and communication with key constituents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Managerial experience and proven success in operating an athletics facility.

Experience working with construction vendors and opening a new facility.

Skills managing and operating facilities.

Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with a wide variety of people of diverse backgrounds and at various levels of the organization.
