Director of Game Day Operations

Job Summary

The Director of Operations is responsible for the workings of all Washington Spirit home soccer games. You are responsible for a host of operationally focused initiatives, including but not limited to: parking, credentialing, locker room set up, official arrivals and logistics, ADA compliance, activation points (for clubs and partners), entertainment (pre/half/postgame), and retail space logistics.

Qualifications:

At least 6 years of commensurate experience.

Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19.

Available to work nights, weekends & holidays as needed including long game-days.

Interested in taking initiative to ensure success of projects.

Proven ability to manage high-stress, large scale events.
