Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience with NCAA rules and regulations, have a keen ability to coach and mentor all ability levels including national qualifiers, while understanding the rigors of the academic demands at the college.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Coach with duties as needed/assigned
Assist in preparing and planning home meet operations and travel meet plans
Support coaching staff with team meetings and other administrative duties
Safely use a trampoline and spotting rig for training and instructive purposes
Teach new dives and techniques with an ability to analyze diving performances and identify areas needed for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and competitive collegiate diving experience required
At least 3 years of coaching experience required; including 3-meter coaching experience
Cultural competence when working with a diverse student body
Valid Driver's License required
