Job Summary



   

Assist in all aspects of the Division II Women's Basketball program, including coaching, recruiting, organizing, and monitoring academic support programs for student-athletes. other related duties as assigned. A strong commitment to the successful development of student athletes in a competitive setting is required for the position.



Qualifications:          

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  2. 3 years previous collegiate or high school coaching/teaching experience required.
  3. Knowledge and understanding of NCAA & GLIAC Conference rules required.
  4. Desire to coach in an Urban University setting is essential.
  5. Experience in fundraising, promotions & recruiting preferred.
