Job Summary
The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach serves in an advisory role to the Athletic Director. The position has oversight of all aspects of strength and conditioning for all student-athletes. Responsibilities include educational, monitoring, and supervisory components as well as working within a shared facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in collegiate Strength and Conditioning or a related area.
- Must possess a nationally- recognized certification in accordance with NCAA rules and regulations.
- Also needs to be First Aid/CPR/AED certified within the first 30 days of employment
- Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA rules is a condition of employment in this position.
