Job Summary
The Assistant Men's Baseball Coach assists the head coach in all facets of the program. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and possess the ability to lead, teach, and coach student-athletes. The assistant must also build a strong and successful team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience as a collegiate baseball player and or baseball coaching experience.
- Master's Degree in any related field preferred.
- Knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations.
