Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach is responsible for recruiting and coaching student-athletes for the men's soccer program. Under general supervision, the assistant reports directly to the head men's soccer coach. The incumbent evaluates and recruits qualified student athletes whose athletic skills allow the program to be highly competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one (1) year of: demonstrated coaching and recruiting experience.
• professional league playing experience; and/or experience which would provide adequate training to coach at the Division I collegiate level.
• Demonstrated ability to: recruit and retain outstanding student-athletes.
• A commitment and ability to teach, mentor and work with a diverse student population.
