Job Summary
The position will be helping the Cross Country program div 1 as per the rules of NCAA, Big Ten and the university.
Duties of the Assistant Coach include:
- Coaching the distance/mid-distance student athletes
- Be the recruiting coordinator
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years work related experience
- Strong skills communication
- Recruiting experience
