Assistant Athletic Trainer

Job Summary

The University is seeking a new athletic trainer. The individual will assist in the day-to-day management of the athletic department's sports medicine operation. They will provide education, assessment, treatment, and prevention services for athletic-related injuries and illnesses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Athletic Training, Physical Education.

Must possess a current and valid State of Texas Athletic Training license OR be eligible to immediately obtain this licensure.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Athletic Training, Physical Education, or a related field is required.

Must possess a current and valid State of Texas Athletic Training license OR be eligible to immediately obtain this licensure.

Must be certified in First-aid, CPR and AED use.
