Job Summary

 

 

The Athletic Professional trainer will under the general supervision of the Director of Sports Medicine, use your skills as a seasoned, experienced athletic training professional with a full understanding of industry practices and campus policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification. Certified Athletic Trainer.
Current CPR/AED for the professional rescuer certification.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Experience working in a collegiate athletics program.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics as related to musculoskeletal athletic injuries of the peripheral joints and spine.

Knowledge and basic skill in therapeutic exercise techniques and functional progression programs.
