Job Summary
Game night operations include box office ticket sales, event setup, customer service, kids club, speed pitch, group catering assistance, on-field promotions and other duties deemed necessary by the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Working toward degree with an interest in a sports career
Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff members, season ticket holders, group members, and other fans while maintaining a positive attitude
