Job Summary

The candidate serves as the primary game-day duty person and administrator as assigned. develops and maintains the athletic department's visitor's guide. Schedules security and concession stand workers as needed for home contests. assists the Event & Facility Manager to ensure facilities and facility equipment are always clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Responsibilities:

1. At times will submit of workorders for any facility repairs and reports equipment needs to Event & Facilities Manager.
2. Maintains and updates the deferred maintenance tracker and makes recommendations for replacement annually.
3. Ensure all game-day promotions, pre-game, half-time, and post-game are expedited.
4. Supervises the functioning of the athletic concession stand and inventory.
5. Ensure all University Athletic vehicle are properly maintained and serviced.
