Job Summary

We are looking for interns who are passionate and committed to kickstarting their career in sales. The Ticket Sales and Service internship program is designed for college students who want to gain first-hand experience in the front office of a professional sports team. This is your chance to assist the daily operations of the Sales and Service department!

Duties & Responsibilitie:

Complete projects to brainstorm new group initiatives, theme nights and more.

How our sales/service department operates and how to market and sell ticket packages.

Produce qualified sales leads through prospecting and research.

How to identify steps in the sales process and observe the sales process in action.

The role of customer service, client relations, and fan interaction in a professional sports environment.
