Job Summary

The Salem Red Sox are the Single-A affiliate of the baseball team. They are seeking an organized, attentive, and outgoing candidate to fill the position of Video Production and Game Production Assistant. The candidate will assist the video production manager in the day-to-day operation of the press box, broadcast, and game cameras at Salem Memorial Ballpark.

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are a brief list of the representative knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Recent College graduate with a major in Video Production, Journalism, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience in the field.

The video production experience needs to include sports, news, or commercial video.

Possess good organizational skills Proactive in making suggestions, creating new ideas & trouble shooting while paying close attention to detail.

Possess the desire to work long hours in a labor-intensive environment with the ability to display strong video production skills.
