Corporate Partnerships Events Internship

Job Summary

The corporate partnerships intern is a key member of the company's sales and activation team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to learn and embrace challenges. You are thoughtful and able to work well under pressure; you exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills and can multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with sponsors and internal teams to fulfill contracted assets like on-course activations, digital signage, hospitality tickets, and VIP experiences.
• Coordinate sponsor requests including catering orders, décor, additional ticket needs and venue deliveries for tournament week.
• Participate and listen in planning calls with sponsors and internal teams.
• Support planning and execution of all special events related to the Sales and Activation department along with other tournament events.
