Corporate Partnerships Pro-Am Intern

Job Summary

An intern is needed to work alongside the tournament and pro-am coordinator to provide an unforgettable experience for pro-am participants and tournament partners. The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure and in a team environment, be extremely detail-oriented and organized, and exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Pro-Am Caddy Chair in execution of pairing caddies to their player.

Communication with all Pro-Am vendors including F&B, gifting, and on course activations.

Assist with the planning, communication, and execution of the Pro-Am Draw Party.

Communicating with the venue on F&B, AV, event details, etc.

Sending out invitations to Draw Party guests and managing the guest list
