Job Summary


The Championships Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Action Team (CEAT) aims to create change in collegiate athletics on a micro-level. The seasonal internship program exposes students to championship business and operations for minority and under-resourced individuals. Job Responsibilities: 1-on-1 mentoring opportunity between students participating in the program and an internal working group


Minority college students are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong desire to work in sports or event management.

Willingness to learn and gain initial exposure to running national championship sporting events.

Preferred involvement within their institution’s athletic department.

Provide one character letter of recommendation (supervisor, professor, coach, etc).
