Job Summary

The Penske Entertainment Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern will be responsible for the coordination of diversity outreach efforts. The DEI Intern will also provide programmatic planning support for the implementation of the Diverse Leadership in Motorsports Program. This intern is part of the college program and is eligible for all relevant programming and experiences.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.

Strong interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Effective communication skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to cultivate and foster relationships with schools and community organizations.
