Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Automation Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all email campaigns to maximize ticket sales revenue, data acquisition and lead generation, fan engagement, and fan communications. This position will also manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly email newsletters, matchday communications, and post-match surveys.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field required.
1+ years of experience in email marketing Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Email-specific experience preferred.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, email marketing, and reporting.
Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email service platform preferred. Technical and strategic knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
