Job Summary
Provide a high level of support and coordination for Victory Field Events (VFE) and associated Indianapolis Indians public and private events. Contribute to a growing business by assisting in the fields of client relations, stadium operations, facility management, vendor coordination, food and beverage, and general event planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in event planning, event management or similar role.
Possess high moral character, strong work ethic, team attitude, positive energy, and an eagerness to learn.
Display excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and relationship-building skills.
Maintain an acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong creative capacity.
