Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Automation Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all email campaigns to maximize ticket sales revenue, data acquisition/lead generation, fan engagement, and fan communications. This position will also manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly email newsletters, matchday communications, and post-match surveys.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field required.
1+ years of experience in email marketing.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Email-specific experience preferred.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, email marketing, and reporting.
The ideal candidate with have an analytical, data-driven mindset.
