Job Summary
The Event Payroll Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Finance and Event Operations departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Finance, VP of Event Operations, and VP of Payroll in coordinating electronic timesheet data for payroll purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or payroll processing.
Working knowledge of ABI Master Mind, or similar scheduling and timekeeping system(s) is plus!.
Ability and dedication to maintain highly confidential information.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate organizations to build relationships and garner support.
