Content Writer

Job Summary

• Develop guest facing content based on operational plans for various platforms including guest information pages, outgoing emails, physical letters, etc.
• Serve as primary liaison between the Sales team, Client Services team, and other departments to determine need(s) and share content
• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure brand and sponsor requirements are properly adhered to per regulations
• Analysis of communication performance and strategy in collaboration with Client Services team based on guest responses and questions via calls, emails, and post event surveys to ensure best performance of communication strategy
• Track progress of interdepartmental projects from initial request to final approval 
• Provide weekly status reports for all projects to your immediate supervisor along with project status reports for the following week
• Other duties and assignments allocated as business dictates
