Job Summary

The Associate Sales & Service Account Executive is instrumental in servicing and renewing the existing fan base. This role specifically focuses on providing outstanding customer service and cultivating relationships with season ticket members. The position will contribute to the sales efforts of the New Business Development team through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.

Qualifications:

College Degree is required or equivalent education and related experience

Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience

Ability to work a flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Physical requirements for this role include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping,
