Inside Sales Coordinator
Recruiting coordinators are the first point of contact for student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches. Through high-volume outbound calls, recruiting coordinators provide education around service offerings and demonstrate a commitment to world-class service.
6+ months of professional experience, preferably in sales.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Flexibility to work some nights/weekends.
Some sports knowledge required, former athletes and coaches at high school or higher level preferred.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
