Job Summary
Maximize pride in Reds baseball. Retain, grow, and acquire season ticket membership by building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling full-menu inventory for the company
Qualifications:
2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a business and/or sports setting.
Bachelor’s degree required.
CRM and ticketing software experience preferred.
