Job Summary
The Event/Tournament Sales Director is responsible for generating event and tournament revenue for a group of golf and country clubs in the Houston market. The director will heavily focus on implementing and executing various outbound sales strategies and techniques. This individual will fully engage with Sales Directors across the company to leverage accounts, revenue, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Heavy outbound sales experience with a proven track record of sales performance (preferably 3 - 4 years of experience).
Experience in developing lists of potential clients through various methods of prospecting, lead generation, networking, etc.
Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Banquet Event Order software experience.
Knowledge and understanding of the Houston market.
High-energy and outgoing personality.
