Job Summary
The position of community engagement specialist is being offered by HNS Sports Group, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The position will be assigned to a member and will be presented by McLaren staff. This position will work with the Director, Business Development & Community Engagement, and the entire tournament team management team locally.
Responsibilities:
Assume the sales role with focus on selling pro-am, hospitality and sponsorship packages within the SE Michigan marketplace with specific focus on Flint / Grand Blanc.
Actively research, prospect and qualify sales leads using LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom Info or other tools as identified and available.
Utilizing Digideck as an online digital sales tool to coordinate the sales and marketing collateral for all presentations and pitches
Identified new business leads each year for growth while also managing a book of renewal clients as assigned
Attend networking events locally and regionally for the purpose of cultivating relationships and generating new sales leads and opportunities
