Job Summary

Season Seat Services is the account coordinator for the Edmonton Oilers Football Club's season seat holders. The Account Coordinator will report to the Manager, Season Seat Services, and act as a brand ambassador for the team's season-pass holders. They will provide a proactive approach to customer service with a commitment to ongoing touchpoints with clients by phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree or Certificate is required. In lieu of formal education, extensive experience in a related field may be considered.

1-3 years of experience in a related field.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize all Microsoft Office products (OneNote, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Experience with TM Arch tics and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines while maintaining a positive working attitude.
